Our Story

TW Work Solutions was founded by business professionals who left the Fortune 500 world to create a staffing firm built on personalized service and practical solutions. With extensive experience in both private and public sectors, they saw the need for a more tailored, cost-effective approach to hiring.

Trevor Wrinkle is the Co-Founder and President for TW Work Solutions, bringing years of expertise in sales and account management across multiple industries. His strategic approach to building relationships and delivering results has helped shape the company’s client-focused approach.


Hailing from Friendswood, TX, Trevor is deeply connected to his community and faith.  Outside of work, he spends time with family, serves in his church, and stays active through fitness and sports, continually seeking ways to grow both personally and professionally.
